Our Solution
CNS Cleaning provides routine cleaning and maintenance services across Saint Joseph’s University campus. Each night, the team thoroughly cleans and sanitizes dining halls and kitchens while maintaining the student center and retail locations, such as Starbucks, to ensure they are pristine and ready for the next day’s operations.
To support the university’s floor care program, CNS houses advanced floor care equipment onsite for routine maintenance, deep cleaning, and restoration of a wide range of flooring surfaces, including marble and ceramic tile.
Beyond daily custodial services, CNS also performs specialized project work as needed, including interior and exterior window cleaning, pressure washing, and other periodic maintenance services to preserve the appearance and condition of campus facilities.
