As a customer, you will also have a dedicated, infield, Operations Manager on-site with you for regular inspections and check-ins, they will be available to you as needed 24/7.

Bill Dunn

President

As the co-owner of CNS Cleaning Company alongside his wife Kimberly, Bill brings over 35 years of senior leadership experience to the company.

Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs Bill decided to strike out on his own before taking over the reins of CNS Cleaning Company. His time working in senior leadership positions in finance, management and sales for Fortune 500 companies such as Beam Suntory, Kendall Jackson Wine Estates, UBS Investment Banking and Diageo helped prepare him to set a new standard of service excellence and growth for our business.

Working alongside Kim and the rest of the team Bill is proud of the systems that have been established over the company's 40+ years to ensure that all of our customers experience a higher level of customer service than they ever have before in working with a commercial cleaning company. In his spare time Bill enjoys cooking, reading, running, landscaping and spending time with his two young daughters Ellie and Anna.

Jeff Upmalis

VP of Operations & Sales

Jeff Upmalis started with CNS Cleaning Company in December 2010 as an Operations Manager and was appointed Vice President of Operations in December of 2017.

Jeff brings over 15 years of industry experience to CNS Cleaning Company and is the day to day leader for the entire Operations Team. In addition to Jeff's industry experience, Jeff's also has extensive experience in business management and customer relations.

Jeff will be the first to tell you one of his biggest motivators is helping our customers solve their cleaning problems and providing the ultimate in customer service.

In his free time Jeff enjoys spending time at home with his wife and young daughter, and participates in multiple community charitable events. Jeff is also an avid golfer and hockey player.
