CNS Cleaning Company was started as a family-owned and operated business in 1983 and continues in this tradition today. The founders of CNS Cleaning Company built the business from day one to operate as a “customer service company that just happened to be in the commercial cleaning business!” Customer service is in our DNA and something we have continued to build upon and refine in our 40+ years.

Our Process

Your first interaction with us will start with our in-house customer service team with a combined 40 years of customer service experience in working with our clients.

Our mission is to ensure you always get what you need – and fast! During regular business hours (8 AM to 5 PM), you will ALWAYS get someone to answer your call live in three rings or less. After hours, you will have access to our emergency number and your personally assigned Operations Manager. We are available 24/7/365 for any urgent request or need.

In addition to our in-office customer service team, you will have a dedicated, in-field Operations Manager to meet with you on-site for regular inspections and check-ins. Your Operations Manager will be available to you 24/7 for any urgent needs.

Your regular cleaning will be handled by the highest-trained and most experienced crews in the industry. Most of our cleaners and cleaning crew supervisors have been with us for over a decade.
