As President and Owner of CNS Cleaning Company, Bill Dunn leads a team that proudly services thousands of clients each month across the U.S. With decades of experience in the Wine and Spirits industry, Bill honed his skills in recruiting, training, and mentoring future leaders. At age 50, he took a bold leap, leaving behind a secure career to pursue his dream of small business ownership.
Bill and his wife, Kimberly, acquired CNS Cleaning from its original owners, who retired after 36 years of delivering unmatched customer service in the commercial cleaning industry. Drawing on over 35 years of senior leadership experience, including roles at companies like Beam Suntory and Kendall-Jackson Wine Estates, Bill has helped establish a new standard of service excellence at CNS. In their first two years of ownership, Bill and Kimberly combined their expertise to double the company’s customer base and revenue, while ensuring that every client experiences the higher level of customer service CNS has been known for throughout its history.
In addition to his work with CNS, Bill is also co-author of The E-Myth Evolution, an Amazon best-selling book. In his spare time, Bill enjoys cooking, reading, running, landscaping, and spending time with his two young daughters, Ellie and Anna.

Jeff Upmalis started with CNS Cleaning Company in December 2010 as an Operations Manager and was appointed Vice President of Operations in December 2017.
Jeff brings over 15 years of industry experience to CNS Cleaning Company and is the day-to-day leader for the entire Operations Team. In addition to his industry experience, Jeff also has extensive experience in business management and customer relations. One of his biggest motivators is helping our customers solve their cleaning problems and providing the ultimate in customer service.
In his free time, Jeff enjoys spending time at home with his wife and young daughter and participates in multiple community charitable events. He is also an avid golfer and hockey player.

Dan Brownmiller
Business Development Manager
Dan has been working with CNS Cleaning Company as a Business Development Manager since May 2018. Since graduating from Seton Hall University with a bachelor’s degree in biology, Dan has worked in Quality Assurance and Management Roles, which have shaped him to excel in his current position.
As a Business Development Manager, Dan is responsible for overseeing company and clientele growth and effectively and successfully managing sales, productivity, and quality control. Dan enjoys the family-oriented atmosphere at CNS Cleaning Company and loves interacting with current and prospective customers.

Cory Wilkinson
Sales and Operations Manager
Cory Wilkinson is one of CNS’s Operations Managers who has been with CNS Cleaning Company since February 2020. Since finishing school at West Chester University, Cory has been working in hard labor and Management Roles, which have helped him succeed in his current position. As an Operations Manager, Cory is responsible for the effective and successful management of scheduling, pricing, labor, productivity, quality control, and meeting client needs. Cory values CNS for being a family-owned and run business and loves making current and potential customers happy. Outside of work, Cory’s hobbies are traveling the world, playing football, watching sports, spending time with friends and family, and working out.

Joe Ehrgott
Operations Manager
Joe Ehrgott, our newest Operations Manager, started with us in January of 2024.
Following his graduation from Palm Beach Atlantic University, Joe worked in customer service and golf operations. He also worked as a report typist and real estate photographer. This experience allowed Joe to expand his skills and prepare for his current position with CNS Cleaning.
As an Operations Manager, Joe is responsible for the effective and successful management of scheduling, pricing, labor, productivity, quality control, and meeting client needs. Joe values CNS Cleaning Company as a family-owned and operated business that puts its clients’ needs first.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys cooking, making sushi, playing golf, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family.

Briana Culligan-Derer
Office Manager and Billing Supervisor
Brianna Culligan-Derer began her career with CNS Cleaning Company in 2015 as a Customer Service Representative and has grown to become a leader within the organization as the Office Manager and Billing Supervisor. Brianna most enjoys designing and implementing new systems and procedures to enhance the company’s daily functions. She oversees the clerical and customer support departments and is also responsible for managing and maintaining the billing of all CNS clients. Brianna works closely with the Sales and Operations team to ensure customer support is a top priority.

Sharee’ Taylor
Customer Service Representative and Contractor Support Specialist
Sharee’ Taylor is a Support Specialist at CNS Cleaning Company. Sharee’ has worn many hats and mastered all of them over the past 15 years she has been with the company. Sharee’ is responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, payroll, daily communication, and directing of our cleaning crews and contractors. Sharee conducts internal audits and collaborates with leadership to ensure each function within the company operates at optimal performance.

Jameris Otero
Customer Service Representative
Jamaris Otero has been a bilingual customer service representative with CNS Cleaning Company for over three years. She dedicates her time to ensuring the overall satisfaction of all CNS customers. By conducting customer follow-ups, coordinating schedules, and maintaining communication, she ensures that customer service and customer satisfaction are at the heart of CNS operations.

Candace McKenna
Customer Service Representative and Director of Accounts Receivable
Candace McKenna is the Accounts Receivable Supervisor with CNS Cleaning Company. Candace has been with the company for over 6 years and is cross-trained in all customer support functions. Candace is responsible for all tasks within accounts receivable from processing customer payments, maintaining accurate reporting, ensuring timely revenue generated, resolving customer inquiries, and performing account reconciliation.
